LAST REVISED 18 SEPTEMBER 2026
Timberline collects the minimum a register needs: your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you buy or enquire, and the city you choose to record beside a sold piece.
What we do with it
- Fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and issue your provenance card and invoice.
- Reply to enquiries and, only if you opt in, tell you when new pieces are entered in the register.
- Payment is taken against an invoice or, where online payment is offered, by our payment gateway; card and UPI details never touch our servers either way.
What we never do
- No sale or rental of your information to anyone.
- No advertising trackers on this site.
- The public register shows only a city beside a sold piece — never a name.
How we measure the site
We count what the site is asked for — pages opened, pieces looked at, enquiries begun — and record which channel brought you here, so we know whether a post, a viewing card at a villa, or a search found you. This is kept in your own browser's storage, not in a cookie, and holds no name, email or address. If your browser asks not to be tracked, nothing is sent. The card you scan at a villa tells us only which piece and which villa.
